He emphasized that although the MRC boasts several strong figures, Maurice Kamto’s return is critical to navigating the party’s present challenges.

Binyam dismissed rumors of internal opposition to Kamto’s leadership, stating: « There is no debate within the MRC about Maurice Kamto’s return. In fact, multiple motions have been submitted urgently requesting his reinstatement. »
