National excellence competition in OHADA law 2026 to be held in Niamey
The OHADA University Club at Abdou Moumouni University in Niamey, in partnership with the International Committee of the OHADA Genius in the Making Competition, has announced the 2026 National Excellence Competition in OHADA Law.
This prestigious academic event is open to third-year Bachelor’s and Master’s students from both public and private universities, as well as students from accounting schools across Niger.
Interested candidates must submit their applications by June 15, 2026. Registrations are team-based, with each team consisting of three participants, including at least one female student.
Eligible candidates include:
- Law students (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels)
- Economics students (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels)
- Students from the Justice Section of the National School of Administration (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels)
Competition format
The selection process comprises two main phases:
1. Written examinations:
- Multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
- Questions on African integration
- “Who am I?” identification rounds
- Relay-style questions
2. Oral examination:
- A mock courtroom plea (plaidoirie)
