Addressing the gathering on behalf of the Head of State, the Minister of State and Director of the Presidential Cabinet, Aziz Mahamat Saleh, announced an unprecedented 50 million CFA franc contribution. The funds are earmarked to strengthen the equestrian industry, enhance racehorse breeding programs, and elevate the standard of national competitions.
