Gabon’s first national open innovation challenge to boost digital solutions

The Gabonese Ministry of Digital Economy, Digitalization and Innovation, in partnership with the Federation of Gabonese Enterprises (FEG), has launched Kimba Connect 2026, the country’s inaugural national open innovation challenge. The event kicked off at the headquarters of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) in Libreville, marking a significant step toward fostering collaboration between businesses seeking digital transformation and local startups capable of delivering cutting-edge solutions.
