French prime minister sebastien lecornu visits Morocco for bilateral talks
Sébastien Lecornu, France’s Prime Minister, is set to arrive in Rabat on July 15 for his first official visit to Morocco. The following day, he will jointly lead the Morocco-France High Mixed Commission alongside Aziz Akhannouch, Morocco’s Head of Government. This high-level meeting will focus on deepening bilateral ties, with particular emphasis on energy, defense, and economic cooperation.
This gathering marks the most significant diplomatic engagement between Rabat and Paris since Philippe Lalliot assumed his role as France’s ambassador to Morocco. The discussions are expected to address pressing regional and international issues, reinforcing strategic partnerships between the two nations.
