- Director General of User Welcome Centers: Mahamat Koty Abdraman takes the helm, succeeding First-Class Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other duties.
- Director of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel: Khassim Taha Bouri steps into this vital role, replacing Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been given new responsibilities.
