According to the decree, deputies of the 15th Legislature will deliberate on three critical legislative proposals:
- Labor Code (Bill No. 15/2026) – Comprehensive reforms to employment regulations
- Social Security Code (Bill No. 16/2026) – Updates to social protection frameworks
- Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (Bill No. 25/2026) – Measures for digital security and cyber resilience
Additionally, the session will examine two legislative proposals:
- Constitutional Amendment (Proposal No. 33/2026) – Modification to Article 37 of the Constitution
- Special Credit Framework (Proposal No. 34/2026) – Legal provisions for special budget allocations

- Irregularities in land management and maritime public domain allocations

- Revenue losses and management of tax exemptions
- Licensing conditions for fishing activities
