With an impressive tally of 14 goals and 13 assists across all competitions, Moroccan winger Abde Ezzalzouli has been instrumental in securing Real Betis a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. His standout performances have turned heads during the summer transfer window, drawing attention from top European clubs.
British media reports indicate that both Chelsea and Newcastle United are actively monitoring the player’s situation. However, the Magpies are reportedly taking a more aggressive approach, aiming to finalize a deal before their rivals.
To bolster their attacking options following the potential departure of Anthony Gordon to FC Barcelona, Newcastle is prepared to trigger the Moroccan’s €60 million release clause. Other clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, are also in the running for his signature.
