A high-level government delegation, led by Colonel-major Assa Badiallo Touré, Minister of Health and Social Development, inspected the construction sites on August 6, 2026. Despite adverse weather, crews are working around the clock to meet accelerated timelines. The Minister expressed strong approval for the pace of development, emphasizing the need to deliver reliable healthcare services to local communities.

During the visit, the Minister of Justice also praised the quality of construction, reinforcing the government’s commitment to equitable healthcare access across Mali. These facilities represent a cornerstone of the presidential emergency initiative to modernize the national health system.
