Ndiaga Seck’s testimony in Ousmane Sonko case: fresh revelations emerge

Brought before investigators in Linguère this Monday, Matar Ndiaga Seck has been charged and remanded in custody by the investigating judge at the Louga Court of First Instance as part of ongoing investigations into allegations of unnatural acts.

Multiple reports indicate that the 51-year-old politician made certain disclosures during his interrogation. According to these accounts, he allegedly stated that Ousmane Sonko was completely unaware of his private life and presumed sexual orientation.

« Xamul woon li may dund » (« He knew nothing about my private life »), Ndiaga Seck reportedly declared in Wolof, as cited by media sources involved in the case.

The judicial investigation, led by the examining magistrate, continues following several arrests in this matter across Linguère and the Djolof region. Authorities are working to establish the roles of all individuals mentioned in the proceedings.

As of now, no official statement has been issued by Ousmane Sonko regarding the declarations attributed to Ndiaga Seck.

As with any legal matter, individuals implicated in this case are presumed innocent until proven guilty by the competent courts.
