The strike, which targeted alleged jihadist positions, resulted in the deaths of eight civilians, according to findings by the international watchdog. Critically, the report found no evidence linking the victims to the Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimeen (JNIM), contradicting statements from pro-government forces.
