The Secrétariat Général du Gouvernement convened a four-day technical validation workshop in N’Djaména to review a comprehensive biennial report covering the implementation of the President’s policy commitments from May 2024 to May 2026. The event, held at the Radisson Blu hotel, brought together officials to analyze achievements, challenges, and future priorities.

In her opening address, Dr. Ramatou Mahamat Outouin, Minister and Secretary-General of the Government, emphasized that this review goes beyond mere documentation.
